The Water Framework Directive & Irish Ports
A workshop was jointly hosted by the SWRBD and
Dublin Port Company in December 2007. The main aims of the
workshop were:
- to help Irish Ports better understand the Water Framework Directive and the
potential implications of its implementation and
- to provide a forum for Port Authorities to help them engage with their River
Basin District Coordinating Authorities on matters relating the WFD to port
operations.
Workshop presentations can be downloaded from the SWRBD Downloads page.
